All orders require payment at time of placement.
In the event that I have to cancel orders for any reason, I will do my best to notify you in as much advance notice as possible. An alternate pickup date or refund may be offered.
I am located in Indianapolis on the East side of Brownsburg between Raceway Road and Ronald Reagan Parkway. Weekly orders are picked up from my porch. Pop-ups and alternate pickup locations will be announced via newsletter and social media as well as added to the Events page on the website.
The Events page on the website has updated details for the month's pickups. Pickup times are specified for each pickup date. If you’re running late, please text me to let me know (details given on your order confirmation).
If you miss the pickup window, you will still be responsible for payment of your order.

Each loaf of bread made at The Circle Bakery is made with minimal ingredients and no preservatives; therefore, the bread doesn't last as long as other loaves that include those ingredients might.
I recommend enjoying your bread within three days of pickup. If you’re not ready to eat it right away, you can freeze the bread in an airtight container or bag and place it on the counter to thaw or reheat a full loaf in the oven when you’re ready for it!
If you’ve had the loaf sitting for a day or two and want to revive it a bit, you can place it under running water for about 10 seconds, then reheat it in the oven for a fresh crispy crust!
I recommend storing bread on the counter, in a reusable bread bag or wrap, a paper bag, or in a bread box.
Check out the Care Instructions page for more info!
With the nature of sourdough bread, the process for making a loaf begins two days prior to baking that loaf of bread. For that reason, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance of the pickup day and a refund will be provided.
If you know in advance that you cannot make the provided pickup window, please contact me (details on order confirmation email). I will try to accommodate a new time, but it is not guaranteed. Pickup arrangements after the week's set pickup window has been missed will not be accommodated unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
I do make every effort to reach out to make contact with you if items are left at the end of the pickup window. If pick up is not made within the specified window and I do not hear from you, I will assume the order is forfeited. No refunds will be granted for unclaimed goods.
